According to the Center for Disease Control, “There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.” (March 17,2020). That means you can safely use your backyard pool or spa this summer as long as your sanitizer level, pH, and alkalinity are at the recommended level.

Swimming pool professionals are considered to be an essential business as we deliver products and services necessary to maintain sanitation and disinfection services by providing chemicals and plumbing supplies necessary to do so. We will still be servicing pools, however we ask that you respect the minimum six-foot social distancing rule as our technicians take care of your pool.

For the safety of you, our employees and our other customers, pool chemicals and plumbing supplies may still be purchased thru curbside or free home delivery. Our lobby will be closed.

For curbside delivery: Call 618-833-3686, tell us what you need, and we will bring your order out to your car. If you call ahead, we will have your order pulled and ready to load when you arrive in the parking lot.

For free home delivery with a $50 minimum purchase, call 618-833-3686 and we will let you know when our technicians will be in the area to deliver.

Water Testing: Put your pool or spa water sample in a disposable baggie or plastic bottle and place it in the box at the front door. For immediate results, call 618-833-3686 and we will come out and retrieve it, test it, and bring the results to your car.

The great news is, we have a soon to be released e-commerce site on our website where you will be able to order chemicals online for curbside pick up or free delivery wherever possible.
